Wanderland Intelligence Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Wanderland Intelligence, Inc. (“Wanderland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a business-to-business geospatial intelligence and decision-support platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through our websites, platform, applications, APIs, integrations, support channels, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy applies when Wanderland determines the purposes and means of processing personal information, such as information about website visitors, prospects, account administrators, and business contacts. When we process personal information contained in data submitted by a customer (“Customer Data”), we generally act as the customer’s processor or service provider. The customer’s privacy notice and our contract with that customer govern that processing.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.

1.1 Account and Business Contact Information

We may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, job title, employer, industry, mailing address, account role, communication preferences, and information provided by your organization when it invites you to the Services.

1.2 Credentials and Security Information

We collect usernames, password hashes, authentication details, access permissions, login history, security events, and information used to verify or protect an account. If single sign-on is enabled, we may receive authentication identifiers and account attributes from the identity provider selected by your organization.

1.3 Billing and Transaction Information

We collect subscription, invoice, billing-contact, payment-status, purchase, and transaction information. Payment processors generally collect and store full payment-card or bank-account information on our behalf; Wanderland does not ordinarily store full payment-card numbers.

1.4 Customer Data and Geospatial Information

Customers and Authorized Users may submit territory boundaries, project files, locations, addresses, sales or operational records, customer and prospect information, tags, notes, communications, reports, demographic selections, and other business data. Customer Data may contain personal information selected and controlled by the customer.

The Services may also process geographic coordinates, map selections, postal codes, travel-time areas, and other location-related information. These data typically describe business territories, markets, sites, or addresses. Customers must not submit precise personal geolocation or other sensitive personal information unless authorized by their agreement with Wanderland and permitted by law.

1.5 AI Inputs and Outputs

When you use an AI-enabled feature, we process the prompts, instructions, files, selected records, and context you provide (“Inputs”) and the resulting responses, narratives, scores, recommendations, or other generated material (“Outputs”). We may also collect feedback, safety classifications, and technical information about the AI request.

1.6 Integrations and Connected Services

If you connect the Services to a CRM, automation platform, data provider, identity provider, or other third-party service, we receive the information that you authorize that service to provide. This may include contact records, account identifiers, project data, authentication tokens, synchronization settings, and activity related to the integration. The connected service’s own privacy policy applies to its processing.

1.7 Usage, Device, and Log Information

We automatically collect information about use of the Services, including pages and features accessed, projects and tools used, reports generated, Decision Credit and AI Action usage, timestamps, referring pages, error reports, performance data, IP address, browser, operating system, device type, language, approximate location derived from IP address, and session or device identifiers.

1.8 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for:

  • essential functions, authentication, security, and preferences;
  • product performance, analytics, and error detection;
  • remembering settings and improving usability; and
  • measuring marketing campaigns or, where enabled, delivering relevant business advertising.

You can manage non-essential technologies through any cookie-preference tool we provide and through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from functioning. Where required by law, we obtain consent before using non-essential cookies and honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

1.9 Communications and Support

We collect messages, attachments, call or meeting details, support tickets, survey responses, and other information you provide when communicating with us. If we record a call or meeting, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by law.

1.10 Information from Other Sources

We may receive business contact information from your employer, referrals, integration partners, event organizers, professional networking services, public business sources, and business-data providers. We may combine this information with information already held by Wanderland to maintain records, prevent duplicate communications, and conduct lawful business marketing.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • create, administer, authenticate, and secure accounts;
  • provide maps, territory tools, reports, collaboration features, AI-enabled functions, APIs, integrations, support, and other requested Services;
  • process transactions, invoices, subscriptions, Decision Credits, and renewals;
  • configure projects and permissions and synchronize connected services;
  • analyze performance, troubleshoot errors, maintain availability, and improve usability;
  • develop and evaluate features, models, workflows, and analytical methods using Service Data and information that has been aggregated or de-identified;
  • respond to inquiries, provide training and support, and send operational, billing, security, and administrative notices;
  • send product information, events, newsletters, and other business marketing where permitted, subject to your choices;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security threats, and violations of our agreements;
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and protect Wanderland, customers, users, and others; and
  • carry out another purpose disclosed at collection or authorized by consent.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Wanderland uses AI and analytical systems to generate decision-support information, such as territory narratives, market observations, scores, recommendations, summaries, and responses to user questions. These features process Inputs and relevant Customer Data to respond to the user’s request.

Wanderland does not use Customer Data to train a third-party provider’s general-purpose AI model unless the customer expressly opts in or the applicable agreement states otherwise. We may use operational metrics, feedback, and aggregated or de-identified information to evaluate and improve our systems and Services.

AI and analytical Outputs are intended to assist human decision-making. Wanderland does not independently use these features to make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects. A customer may choose how to use an Output and is responsible for providing required notices, establishing a lawful basis, conducting appropriate human review, and honoring applicable individual rights.

4. Aggregated and De-identified Information

We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual or customer. We may use and disclose this information for product improvement, security, analytics, benchmarking, research, and other lawful business purposes. We maintain de-identified information in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it except to test whether our de-identification methods are effective or as permitted by law.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients.

5.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors

We use providers for cloud infrastructure, data hosting, AI processing, payments, analytics, customer relationship management, communications, support, monitoring, security, backup, document generation, and professional services. These providers may process information only for contracted purposes and subject to appropriate obligations.

5.2 Customers and Account Administrators

If your account is provided by an organization, that organization and its administrators may access and manage your account, permissions, activity, Customer Data, communications, and content. Wanderland may provide the organization with usage, security, support, and account-administration information.

5.3 Integrations and Customer-directed Recipients

We disclose information to connected services, partners, recipients, or other users when directed by the customer or user, including when a user enables an integration, shares a project or report, exports data, or invites another person to collaborate.

5.4 Business and Data Partners

We may work with data licensors, implementation partners, resellers, referral partners, and other business partners. We disclose only information reasonably necessary for the relationship, the requested service, or lawful joint activity. A partner that independently determines how to use information is responsible for its own privacy practices.

5.5 Legal, Safety, and Corporate Transactions

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect rights, safety, security, or property; investigate fraud or misuse; enforce agreements; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may also disclose information in connection with due diligence, financing, a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5.6 Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Wanderland does not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include disclosures through advertising or analytics technologies. If Wanderland uses technology that is treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out through our cookie-preference mechanism or by contacting us. Where legally required and technically supported, we process a recognized universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request for the browser or device sending the signal.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.

6. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Processing

If European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, Wanderland relies on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Contract: processing needed to provide the Services or take requested steps before entering a contract;
  • Legitimate interests: operating, securing, supporting, improving, and marketing a B2B service; managing relationships; preventing fraud; and protecting legal rights, after considering the interests and rights of affected individuals;
  • Consent: non-essential cookies, certain marketing, or another activity for which consent is requested;
  • Legal obligation: compliance with tax, accounting, sanctions, employment, regulatory, or lawful disclosure requirements; and
  • Legal claims and substantial public interests: where applicable to sensitive information, investigations, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already performed. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests as described below.

7. International Data Transfers

Wanderland is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Wanderland or its service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your location.

When required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Agreement, or another approved transfer mechanism. You may contact us for information about the safeguard applicable to your information.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including to provide the Services, maintain security and business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention depends on the type of information:

  • account and Customer Data are generally retained during the customer relationship and for the post-termination export period stated in the applicable agreement;
  • security, audit, and usage logs are retained for periods appropriate to operational and security needs;
  • billing, tax, and transaction records are retained as required for accounting and legal obligations;
  • business-contact and marketing information is retained while relevant to the relationship, subject to opt-out and suppression records; and
  • backups are retained on limited, rotating schedules and then overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course.

We may retain information longer when subject to a legal hold, dispute, investigation, or legal requirement. When information is no longer required, we delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

9. Data Security

Wanderland maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, logging, monitoring, backups, vulnerability management, personnel confidentiality obligations, and incident-response procedures appropriate to the nature of the information and Services.

No security measure can eliminate all risk. You are responsible for protecting credentials, configuring permissions appropriately, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to:

  • know whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it;
  • receive information about categories, sources, purposes, and recipients;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • receive portable personal information in an appropriate format;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
  • withdraw consent;
  • appeal a denial of a privacy request; and
  • receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message. You may manage cookies through our preference tool, when available, or your browser. Operational and security communications are not marketing and generally cannot be disabled while an account remains active.

10.1 Submitting a Request

To exercise a privacy right, email privacy@wanderland.earth or use any privacy-request method identified on our website. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to identify the relevant records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

We may verify your identity or authority using information reasonably related to the request. We will not require more personal information than reasonably necessary. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authority and, when allowed, direct verification from the individual.

If we deny a request, we will explain the basis when required. Residents of jurisdictions providing an appeal right may appeal by replying to our decision or contacting privacy@wanderland.earth with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”

10.2 EEA and UK Rights

Individuals in the EEA and UK may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and protection regarding solely automated decisions. You also may complain to the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work or where an alleged violation occurred. We generally respond to valid requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions.
